Once you have purchased and paid for your item and opted for delivery you will receive your item which will arrive in an organza bag, wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrapped for protection. Your item may arrive in a bubble wrap envelope or small box mailer.

All items on our webpage are already created and ready to ship therefore items will be shipped 1-2 working days from payment. Items will be shipped via Australia post. Please note there is no insurance on standard shipping.

When you receive your very own piece of FIHP jewellery it is important that you care for it. Some of the ways you can look after your pieces is to put it in a soft cloth or in sealed in plastic or a soft pouch to protect it from getting damaged against other items.

Please avoid:

  • Wearing it in the shower
  • Getting it wet in general
  • Avoid hairsprays on it
  • Avoid perfumes on it

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations
